Accessibility
Last Updated: May 27, 2026
Accessibility is part of the build, not an add-on. MattGanzak.com is committed to making our website, members area, and community accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We aim to design, build, and maintain MattGanzak.com in alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
Our Approach
We believe accessibility should be built into the underlying website experience, not patched over with third-party overlays or widgets. MattGanzak.com does not rely on accessibility overlays as a substitute for accessible design and development. Our accessibility work is built into the site through practices such as: • Semantic HTML • Proper heading structure • Meaningful link text • Keyboard-accessible navigation • ARIA attributes where appropriate • Sufficient color contrast • Accessible form labels and error states • Responsive layouts • Support for screen readers and assistive technologies • Respect for user browser preferences, including reduced motion settings
Conformance Goal
MattGanzak.com aims to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, currently WCAG 2.2 Level AA, while maintaining compatibility with WCAG 2.1 Level AA expectations. Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the website during design, development, and content updates using a combination of automated tools and manual testing. Testing may include: • Automated accessibility checks • Lighthouse audits • axe-core testing • Keyboard navigation review • Screen reader consideration • Manual review of interactive elements, forms, navigation, and page structure Because the website and members area evolve over time, some pages, animations, embedded tools, lesson content, or newly added components may not fully meet our accessibility goals at all times. When issues are identified, we work to address them as quickly as reasonably possible.
Motion, Animation, and Visual Effects
Some parts of MattGanzak.com may include animations, visual effects, or interactive elements. Where possible, these elements are designed to be decorative, non-essential, and respectful of user preferences. If your browser or operating system has reduced motion enabled, the site is designed to reduce or disable non-essential animations where supported.
Video and Audio Content
Our programs, lessons, podcasts, and marketing content include video and audio. We aim to provide captions, transcripts, or summaries for key video and audio content where reasonably possible. Some older content, third-party hosted content, or live content may not yet have full captions or transcripts available. If you need an accessible version of specific content, please contact us using the information below and we will work to provide an alternative where possible.
Known Limitations
We work to maintain a high level of accessibility across the site, members area, and community, but some areas may not yet fully meet our accessibility goals. Known areas that may require ongoing review include: • Decorative animations • Complex interactive sections • Newly added pages, forms, lessons, or components • Older video and audio content without captions or transcripts • Third-party embedded tools, course platforms, video players, or services • Community-generated content posted by members We continue to review and improve these areas over time.
Third-Party Content
Some parts of the website, members area, and community may link to or embed third-party content, tools, platforms, course hosting services, video players, payment processors, forms, or services, including Go High Level. While we aim to work with reputable providers and make accessible implementation choices where possible, MattGanzak.com does not control the accessibility of third-party websites or services. If you experience an accessibility issue with a third-party tool embedded on our site, please let us know so we can review available alternatives or workarounds.
Compatibility
MattGanzak.com is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and commonly used assistive technologies. Older browsers, unsupported devices, browser extensions, third-party embeds, or unusual configurations may affect accessibility or site performance. If you experience a barrier, please contact us so we can investigate and improve the experience where possible.
Reporting Accessibility Issues
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on MattGanzak.com, please contact us at matt@reply.scaleupmedia.com. When reporting an issue, please include: • The page or URL where the issue occurred • A description of the issue • The device, browser, and operating system you were using • Any assistive technology you were using, if applicable • Steps to reproduce the issue, if possible We aim to respond to accessibility reports within five business days and address confirmed issues as quickly as reasonably possible.
Ongoing Commitment
Accessibility is not a one-time checklist. It is an ongoing part of how we maintain and improve MattGanzak.com. As we add new pages, update designs, build new interactions, publish new lessons, or release new content, we aim to keep accessibility at the center of the development process.
